Where it all started
Back in 2023, I started Magveris in the most humble place you could imagine — my bedroom.

It was just me, a small second-hand laptop, zero money, and not a single connection in the real estate world. I didn’t have investors. I didn’t have a team. I just had one thing — a serious drive to change my life and help others along the way.
At the time, I kept seeing this massive problem in real estate companies.
Their systems were… broken. Slow, manual, outdated. Everything took longer than it should. Lead generation was clunky, follow-ups were random, and most growth relied on old-school agents who were either burned out, always on holiday, or just not delivering.

It felt like these companies were wasting so much time and money — and missing out on massive opportunities to grow faster, earn more, and operate smarter.

I knew there had to be a better way.
So I decided to build it.

I started small — just me testing things, building AI automations, sending cold outreach emails late at night from my bedroom. I wasn’t even sure if it would work. But when I landed my first client and saw the results… something clicked.

And from that point on, I was all in.
